Booking Term and Condition

By making a booking (“Booking”) through www.sailingkomodotrip.com (“Website”), you agree to the following booking terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your booking, we require a deposit or full payment through our official payment methods (credit card or bank transfer). Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we always try to be as flexible as possible:

More than 60 days before departure → Full refund (100%)
30–60 days before departure → 50% refund
15–30 days before departure → 25% refund
Less than 15 days before departure → No refund

We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill the space.

Notes:

No-shows are non-refundable
Date changes are subject to availability
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days

3. Schedule & Itinerary

Our itinerary is designed to give you the best experience. However, it may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and safety considerations. Your safety and comfort are always our top priority.

4. Delays & Unexpected Situations

In rare cases such as weather changes or other unforeseen conditions, schedules may be adjusted. We will always do our best to offer the best possible solution, including rescheduling or compensation where applicable.

5. Guest Responsibility

We kindly ask all guests to:

Follow the crew’s safety instructions
Take care of personal belongings
Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or allergies

6. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included, and we recommend arranging your own coverage for peace of mind.

7. Liability

While we take great care in organizing every trip, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

8. National Park Fees

Entrance fees to the national park are not included unless stated otherwise and will be paid separately.

9. Photos & Memories

We may capture some moments during the trip for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know.

10. Agreement
